1. The materials of the overcurrent components such as the pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller, isolation sleeve, and pump shaft can be 304, 316, 316L, 904, TA2, HC276, etc;
2. The pump body and pump cover are designed with CFD computer fluid dynamics hydraulic components for module design and precision casting. They should be able to withstand the erosion of high-speed and high-pressure liquids, as well as the impact of instantaneous thermal shock. They should have high resistance to cavitation, precise dimensions, smooth flow channels, and ensure the corrosion resistance and pressure resistance of the pump;
3. The impeller also adopts CFD computer fluid dynamics to design hydraulic components for module design and precision casting, ensuring reliable torque transmission. Its closed structure, optimized flow channel design, high efficiency, and low NPSHR value ensure the stability of pump flow and head;
4. The isolation sleeve is made of materials such as 316L, TA2, HC276, and designed with a low vortex isolation sleeve. The isolation sleeve is located in a sinusoidal alternating magnetic field, inducing eddy currents on a cross-section perpendicular to the magnetic field lines and converting them into heat. High resistivity and high-strength non-metallic materials can be used to make isolation sleeves, which have a significant effect in reducing eddy currents, eliminating all excess heat and reducing energy consumption; It has high resistance to rupture pressure, high safety factor, and completely isolates the pump chamber from the outside, making the pump chamber completely sealed and achieving no leakage during the transportation process.
5. The moving ring, shaft sleeve, and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant and temperature resistant materials such as crystalline silicon carbide and tungsten carbide, which have high strength, good wear resistance, and strong corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the service life of the pump;
6. No leakage, all sealing points adopt closed static sealing, driven by magnetic couplings, no need for nitrogen sealing, safe, economical and efficient, completely solving medium leakage.
