1. Design and Manufacturing Service


Strict adherence to product standards and technical agreements.


2. Delivery and Acceptance Service Commitment


Ensure timely and intact delivery with professional guidance for unloading and inspection.

  • Notify the customer one week before delivery and suggest that they arrange for goods inspection personnel, lifting equipment, and if possible, determine a warehouse;

  • We will send professional personnel to the goods storage area upon arrival to guide the unloading process and ensure that the goods are unloaded completely, safely, and correctly to the storage area;

  • When unloading, it is necessary to choose a stacking site. If the products are stacked outdoors, rain, moisture, and theft prevention measures should be taken. Our professionals will provide rain and moisture prevention suggestions based on the site conditions;

  • During the unpacking inspection, we will carefully count the goods with the customer's inspection personnel to ensure that the product model and quantity are consistent with the contracted product model and quantity. We will confirm the completeness of the packing list information and visually inspect the appearance quality of the product. If there are any omissions, we will take remedial measures in a timely manner until the customer is satisfied.


3. Installation and Debugging Service


  • Within 24 hours of receiving the customer's installation or commissioning notice, dispatch after-sales personnel to the site of use to guide the customer to install and commission according to the requirements of our company's technical data and drawings;

  • During the installation and/or debugging process, if there are quality issues with the equipment, we promise to identify the cause as quickly as possible and take measures to ensure customer satisfaction;

  • For installation and commissioning work, our company will issue installation and commissioning specifications, and fully cooperate with the owner, supervisor, and construction unit to provide on-site services and record installation and commissioning, and archive them.


4. Service commitment within the warranty period


18-month warranty from the date of shipment or 12 months from operation (whichever comes first).

24-hour response to quality issues and free replacement of defective parts.

  • Service response commitment: Upon receiving customer feedback on quality abnormalities, our company guarantees to respond within 24 hours

  • Quality processing commitment: After sales personnel will promptly determine the quality reasons on site and quickly provide solutions to problems; If replacement parts or equipment are needed, we promise to replace them unconditionally and free of charge;

  • Training Service Commitment: We provide free training on installation, debugging, use, maintenance, and upkeep techniques to our customers. The personnel and specific time will be determined by the customer;

  • Service standard commitment: We promise that service personnel must bring their own maintenance tools to the site of use, and use polite language, friendly attitude, observe more, think more, and do more with less.


5. Service commitment after the warranty period


Our company has established a database for all users, providing lifelong service and regular follow-up.

  • Personnel training: Customer operators can receive training on pump maintenance and upkeep at our company;

  • Regular Follow up: Guide customers in daily maintenance, promptly identify and resolve potential faults, and provide lifelong full process tracking services for customers;

  • Supply of vulnerable spare parts: A database and detailed user profiles have been established for all users, providing customers with high-quality and affordable spare parts for life.
